Vickie LaRayne Eldridge Waddell, 64, of Springdale, Arkansas, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, October 27, 2025.
Born on March 16, 1961, in Springdale, Arkansas, Vickie was the beloved daughter of Johnnie and Jamie Eldridge. She was a devoted mother, daughter, sister, and grandmother whose love and laughter filled every room she entered.
Vickie is survived by her daughter Maggie Neville and husband Rob Neville, and their children Delaney and Max Neville; and by her son Jesse Donohew and wife Jessica Donohew, and their children Braelynn, John William, and Faye. She also leaves behind her brothers Rusty Eldridge and Ronnie Eldridge and his wife Jackie Eldridge, along with many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends who loved her dearly.
Vickie worked for J.B. Hunt for 17½ years, where she was admired for her dedication, professionalism, and kindness. For the past 12 years, she worked with the same close-knit group of coworkers, managing the Whirlpool contract. Vickie worked with people all across the country at 12 different locations, and her employees and colleagues loved and respected her deeply.
Earlier in life, she had a true passion for photography, capturing moments that reflected her creative spirit and attention to detail.
She cherished holidays with family, loved watching her favorite shows, and had a special fondness for simple pleasures like green olives, cheese and crackers, and popcorn. Those who knew her best will remember her beauty, her warmth, and her deep love for her family.
Vickie's memory will forever live on in the hearts of those she touched.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 2, from 3–5 PM, and the funeral service will take place on Monday, November 3, at 2 PM, both at Sisco Funeral Chapel, 705 W Meadow Ave, Springdale, AR 72764. Burial will follow at Friendship Cemetery.
