Kimberly Normandy Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Dusckas Funeral and Cremation Services Harborcreek on Mar. 27, 2026.
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Kimberly "Kimmy" Normandy, 65, of Lawrence Park. She passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on March 25, 2026, in Pittsburgh following an extended hospital stay. Through her journey she has touched many lives with her love, humor, and unwavering perseverance. Born on September 21, 1960, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Herbert and Mary Sutter.

Kim dedicated over 30 years of her career to Encompass Health, always approaching her work with kindness and reliability. She also served as a volunteer mentor with North Star Mentoring, finding deep joy in helping individuals navigate challenges in their lives.

She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, winery hopping, socializing with friends at the Park Tavern, and staying connected on Facebook. Above all, she cherished being with her family. In her recent retirement, Kim found great joy in the companionship of her "babe", Mike Pruzinsky, with whom she enjoyed many happy times.

She is survived by her beloved children: Jessica Normandy (Tarren) and Nikki Normandy (Jamaal); her sister, Stephanie Stein (Tom); her brothers: Brian Sutter (Margie), and Herbie Sutter; her grandchildren: Kierra, Carmella, Amari, Tairyn; her great-grandson, Kyro; and her companion, Mike Pruzinsky. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and dear friends; including her mentee, Makenna.

In addition to her parents, Kim was preceded in death by her brother, Mark Sutter; and her dog, Muka.

Friends may call at the Dusckas Funeral & Cremation Services Harborcreek, 5151 Buffalo Rd. (at Hannon Rd.) on Sunday, March 29, 2026, from 1 PM until the time of the prayer service at 5 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made directly to the family. Condolences may be offered at www.dusckasfuneralhomes.com.
