Kimberly Lynne Roberts, 65, of Nicholasville, passed away Sunday, August 31, 2025 at UK Good Samaritan Hospital. She was born November 21, 1959 in Lexington to the late James Buford and Dora Etta McIntosh Sharp.

She worked at Texas Instruments in Versailles, KY for many years and received a C.M.A. Associate Degree from National College of Business. She enjoyed crafting and sewing. She adored her 4 grandchildren and spending time with them. She had a wonderfully bawdy sense of humor and a boisterous laugh that will be missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her husband, James Emanuel Roberts of Nicholasville; two sons, Brandon Roberts of Nicholasville and Gabriel (Veronica) Roberts of Lancaster; a brother, Jimmy (Monica) Sharp of Lexington; 4 grandchildren, Delani Lynne, James E. Alexander, Layla Tatum, and Harper Lynnlee Roberts, as well as nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Services will be held at 2:30 pm Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at Kerr Brothers – Harrodsburg Road. Visitation will be from 12:30 – 2:30 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.

Jimmy Sharp, Eric Sharp, Hal Roberts, Alex Roberts, Brandon Roberts, and Gabriel Roberts will have the honor of serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Delani Roberts, Layla Roberts, Harper Roberts, Tabitha Roberts and Michelle Sharp.
