Kimberly Dawn Scott

Kimberly Dawn Scott, 37, of Welch, WV, passed away on Tuesday, December 16, 2025. Born on November 2, 1988, in Welch, she was the beloved daughter of the late Kim Waldron and Eva Marlene Spencer England.
Kimberly had a heart that fiercely loved her family-especially her daughter, Allie, who was truly the light of her life. Her love for Allie was unmatched and poured into everything she did. She had a passion for all things spooky and found joy in haunted houses and scary movies. Kimberly also loved spending time cheering on her niece, Seyona, from the stands at basketball games. In her younger years, she played little league baseball and was proud to have been a cheerleader.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her sister, Keri Billings; her maternal grandmother, Shirley Spencer; and her uncle, Michael Spencer.
Left to carry on her memory are her husband, Barry Scott; her mother and stepfather, Marlene and Ronnie England; her daughter, Allie Winebarger; stepsister, Roxanne (Mitch) Humphreys; nieces, Seyona Waldron and Hartley Billings; nephew, Reece Humphreys; grandfather, Jessie Spencer Jr.; uncles, Jay and Phillip Spencer; and a host of other extended family members and dear friends who loved her deeply.
A celebration of Kimberly's life will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, December 27, 2025, at Fanning Funeral Home Chapel in Welch, WV, with Charlotte England officiating. Family and friends are invited to come together to remember the beautiful soul who left too soon but left a lasting mark on all who knew her.
Her smile, her laugh, and her fierce love will never be forgotten.
