Kimberly Weatherall passed away peacefully on May 27, 2025, at the age of 63. A beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, Kimberly lived a life centered around compassion, dedication, and love for her family.
Born on September 10, 1961, in Mount Vernon, Ohio, Kimberly was the cherished daughter of Thomas and Creta Schwartz. She was raised in the heart of
Fredericktown, Ohio, where she spent her childhood immersed in the rhythm of rural life. Her fondest early memories included time spent on the family farm, riding horses through the pastures, and nurturing a close bond with her grandmother, whom she lovingly cared for in her later years.
Kimberly dedicated more than 25 years of her life to public service with the Ohio Adult Parole Authority, where she was deeply respected by colleagues and those she served for her integrity, diligence, and compassion. In addition to her government service, Kimberly was a trusted and valued member of the Fredericktown medical community, having worked with both Dr. Elder and Dr. Wilson, where her calm demeanor and strong work ethic left lasting impressions.
Away from work, Kimberly found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She loved to color and read, often losing herself in the pages of a good book or the vibrant strokes of her art. Yet her greatest joy was her family-especially her grandchildren, with whom she shared countless hours of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories. Her home was a place of warmth and welcome, where family gathered, stories were shared, and love was always abundant.
Kimberly is survived by her devoted son, Cody (Katelyn) Weatherall, and her three adored grandchildren: Emma, Alex, and Grayson Weatherall, who were the lights of her life. She is also survived by her loving brother, Tony (Lisa) Schwartz; nieces Tashena (Chris) Snow and Ciera Lomphoy; great-nieces and nephews Reagan Snow, Xavier Lomphoy, and Saylor Lomphoy; and her faithful canine companion, Paco, who never left her side.
She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Schwartz, whose memory she held dearly in her heart throughout her life.
A graveside service to honor and celebrate Kimberly's life will be held on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at 1:00 p.m., at Forest Cemetery in
Fredericktown, Ohio. Friends and family are invited to attend and share in the remembrance of a life so beautifully lived.
Snyder Funeral Homes is honored to serve the Weatherall family during this time of remembrance and reflection.
Kimberly's legacy is one of kindness, strength, and unwavering love for her family. She will be profoundly missed and forever remembered.
