Kirk Paul Muszynski

Kirk Paul Muszynski, 56, of Hampshire, passed away Sunday, October 19, 2025. He was at home, surrounded by his family.
He was born to Paul and Susan (Thieding) Muszynski on August 24, 1969, in Independence, IA. Kirk married Jodi on September 9, 1995, and just celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary. They raised two beautiful daughters, Corin Muszynski (24) and Makenna Muszynski (18).
Kirk was a proud UPSer for 38 years. He held many management positions and worked in multiple buildings throughout Chicagoland. Kirk's character and values helped him succeed in every management role he held. Kirk's biggest attribute as a manager was his ability to connect with his employees and develop them for bigger and better opportunities. Kirk's legacy at UPS will always carry on due to the inspiration and commitment he has shown for over 38 years of service.
When Kirk wasn't working, he enjoyed hunting and fishing. He also loved woodworking and cooking with the family. One of his favorite things to do was sitting around the fire pit with his family, talking and sharing memories.
Kirk was also actively involved in the motorcycle club, Sons of Justice. He was their Road Captain. He loved planning rides and spending time with the guys. They weren't just friends, they were brothers.
He is survived by his wife Jodi, and two daughters Corin and Makenna. His mother, Sue (Bill Doria), stepsiblings, Mike Doria, Jeff Doria & Erin Doria. His Sister Kristina Tyson (Greg Cothern), Nephew, Devin Gustafson (Sarah). Niece Dasey Jackson (Josh). Uncle Robert Thieding (Jane).
He is preceded in death by his father Paul, his grandparents and his uncles Jim and Ken Thieding.
Visitation & Service will be held on November 23rd at Frederick Funeral Home, 294 Park Street, Hampshire, IL. Visitation is from 11:00-1:00pm with the Service following at 1pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Kirk's name may be directed to the family.
