It is with profound sorrow and heavy hearts that we share the passing of Kirk Simons. He was a beloved father, brother and Papa.
Kirk Simons, of Syracuse NY, who died on 10-29-2025 at the age of 61, will be missed greatly. Kirk was a beacon of light and strength in the lives of all who knew him.
Born on 06-02-1964 in Syracuse NY to James and Karen Simons, he carried with him the values of hard work, honesty, and kindness throughout his entire life. He was a proud truck driver, dedicating himself to his work with integrity and skill. But his greatest role, the one he cherished above all others, was being a father and papa. He taught us the importance of compassion, integrity, resilience, the power of a good laugh, his unwavering support and strength was the foundation of our family. Kirk was a magnetic force, people gravitated towards him, and he accepted and loved them all. He was compassionate, loving, caring, attentive, and hilarious. If you were around Kirk, you were guaranteed to laugh because he always had a great story for you.He was a man of great wisdom and immense generosity. Kirk found joy in the simple things: classic cars, fishing, vacations and spending time with family. He had a unique way of making everyone feel seen and valued, his unwavering support, warm embrace, comforting presence will be deeply missed.
He is survived by his loving children, Wendy, Amber, Alicia and Rachael ; his cherished grandchildren, Natalya, Bree, Bianca, Messiah, Alerra Lillian, Bradley, Alex, Adelynn, Avalina, Brooklynn, Josiah Kirk, Na'liyah and Aria ; his loving brothers and sister Gary, Jimmy, Steve and Judi. He is also survived by his mother Karen. He joins in eternal peace his father James, and his brother Jeff.
We will celebrate his remarkable life and mourn his passing during a celebration of life.Though he is gone from our sight, his love remains our guide. We carry his memory in our hearts forever.
