Klaus Fricke

Klaus Fricke, age 78 of Delaware, died Wednesday December 11, 2024. He was born to the late Rolf and Maria Therese (Schwarz) Fricke in Germany on September 24, 1946. He graduated from. Mechanicsburg HS in 1964. He attended Franklin University and received his Master's Degree from Capital University: he worked for Ohio Bell and was a Adjunct Faculty member at Franklin University. Klaus is survived by his wife Sharon, sons Christopher and Michael (Brandi) Fricke, granddaughters Kamryn and Kennedy Fricke, and his sister Alma (Rob) Shipley of Springfield, Ohio. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother Robert Fricke. Klaus was a member of the Knights of Columbus, St. Michael Catholic Church, where he served as a Deacon. He loved to cook and play golf. Friends may call on Thursday December 19, 2024 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at the St Michael Catholic Church, 5750 North High St in Worthington, where a Funeral Mass will be held on Friday December 20, 2024 at 10:00am. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to the St. Vincent-De Paul Society in Klaus' memory.
