Kody Alan Allman

Kody Alan Allman, 33-year-old resident of Fairland, passed away early Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at his home in Fairland. He was born on April 27, 1991, in Joplin, Missouri to Kenneth Eugene Allman and Earlene Deloris (Goldsmith) Allman Boyd. Kody was a 2010 graduate of Fairland High School and attended Northeast Area Vo-Tech in Afton for Welding. Kody was employed by American Maintenance Solutions, as an iron worker and welder. He married Miranda Lynn (Langley) on September 25, 2021, in Pryor, Oklahoma. Kody was also a farmer and poultry farmer. He enjoyed going fishing, hunting, riding motorcycles, the great outdoors, camping, camp cooking, and most of all his family.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, and a son, Kasen Allman.
The family includes his wife Miranda of the home, child, Jacy Allman of the home, his mother, Earlene Boyd of Fairland, his father, Kenneth Allman of Chetopa, his grandmother, Mary Allman of Fairland, siblings, Kendra Anthony and husband Andrew of Baxter Springs, Kelsy Allman of Fairland, Kelby Allman of Fairland, Kyle Allman and wife Shawnee of Fairland, nieces and nephews, Zakori, Jayden, Avery, and Aiden Anthony, Kinsley, Pandora, and Ares Allman, numerous other relatives and many friends.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, at the Burckhalter-Highsmith Funeral Home in Vinita.
The Celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 11, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at the Fairland Gymnasium officiated by Justin Turner. Interment will follow at the Fairland Cemetery.
