PFC Kelly served in the United States Marine Corps. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Andrea Kelly, and his brother, John Patrick Kelly.
Surviving are his wife, Mary Ann; daughter, Morgan (Alejandro), and granddaughter, Aurelie of New York; sister, Amy Glowka (Christopher); nieces, Paige and Caitlyn; and nephew, Ryan of Connecticut.
