Kurt Nelson Obituary
Kurt had a multifaceted career as a carpenter, stone mason, and arborist, skills that he honed over decades with precision and artistry. His work not only showcased his craftsmanship but also his connection to the natural world.
Beyond his professional life, Kurt was a passionate musician, an avid hiker, a skilled potter, and an enthusiastic artist.
Kurt leaves behind a loving family including his spouse, Frances Catherine Grabowski; his children, Johanna (Scott) Vandersall, Jennifer (Kevin) Sutton, Maya Murthy, Jodi Morgano Gould, and Ramon R. Morgano. He was a cherished grandfather to Jeremy & Sunny Gould, Zita & Brian Wunderlich, John & Stephanie Gould, Jenah, Josia, Wynne, Silas, Abigail, Linden, Meredith, Peter, Jaffer, Levi, Samuel, Rael, and a great-grandfather to eleven. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carroll Arno Nelson and Ruby Leone Anderson, son in law David Gould, and great-grandson, Bradley Gould.
Services to honor Kurt's life will be held at Wild Ride Ministries, 20842 US Hwy. 290 West, Harper, TX 78631.
