Kyle A. Froggatt, beloved son of Daniel A. Froggatt and the late Heather C. McGlynn, passed away on July 12, 2025, near his home in Rochester.
Kyle was born on May 2, 1993, in Boulder, CO. From the very first moment he arrived on the scene, he was his parents’ shining star, and the world became a better place.
A kind and generous soul, he was always looking out for his loved ones and for those in need. His compassion and strong sense of justice were felt by all who were fortunate enough to know him, and he touched many lives in his short time here.
Kyle studied Computer Science at Monroe Community College and continued his education to gain certifications in Computer Network Safety and Security. His professional positions included Financial Services Specialist and Technical Sales Account Manager, where he took pride in serving his clients with integrity and honesty. He loved animals and enjoyed spending time in nature, as well as volunteering with nonprofits for his favorite causes. He always enjoyed learning new things and liked reading about history, philosophy and a wide variety of interests.
Music played a vital role in Kyle’s life from childhood, and one of his most cherished activities was attending live music events and festivals with the people he loved. He shared a very special connection to the music of the Grateful Dead with his parents and was an integral part of an extended, musical community/family.
In addition to his father, Daniel (Tracy) Kyle leaves behind his grandparents Thomas McGlynn (Bernice) and Maureen McGlynn (Jack Donahue) as well as his aunts, uncles and cousins, all of whom Kyle loved dearly. His family and friends will deeply miss his vibrant presence here as he is reunited with his mother and best friend, Heather- together again in the warmth of everlasting peace.
Sleep in the stars, Kyle. May the four winds blow you safely home.
