Kyle Edward Reese age 32, passed away Tuesday February 24, 2026 at the UK Medical Center. Kyle was a Broadcast Specialist at KET in Lexington. He attended church at Westside Baptist Church, was a devoted Cincinnati Reds fan, loved going to Disney World with his family and playing games and being with friends. Kyle was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Mildred Kaye Wilmot, and his paternal grandparents: Donald and Beatrice Reese.

Kyle is survived by his wife Amanda Reese and their children: Sophie Lake, Lulu Lake, Dylan Reese, and Emma Reese, his father Shawn (Patricia) Reese, his mother Becky Wilmot (David) Stone, his sister Cayle (James) Wundrak, his step sister Bailey Bellman ,and Heather Pripslipsky, step brother Blair Stone, and half brother Joshua Reese, and his dog Wally, he is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins, and nieces and nephews and close friends. Kyle is also survived by his maternal grandfather Ed Wilmot who helped raise Kyle and the two of them have a truly special relationship.

Funeral services for Kyle will be Saturday Feb. 28, 2026 at Westside Baptist Church at 11 am with Rev. Allen Livingood officiating. Burial will be in the Berea Cemetery, pallbearers will be Jacob Warren, Elijah Lane, Cody Spires, Casey Spires, Justin Spires, and Logan Adkins. Visitation will be Friday Feb. 27, 2026 from 6-9 pm at Westside Baptist Church.
