Kyle passed away on September 11, 2023 at the age of 26. Kyle lived at home surrounded by family. Kyle is survived by his mother, Lorie and step father, David A. Collins; siblings Rebecca Ornelas, Veronica Ornelas and Maddison Coleman. Kyle is predeceased by his father, Anthony Worthy.
Services will be held on Friday, October 6, 2023 from 5 p.m. 9 p.m. at Fontana Mortuary located at 8030 Mango Ave, Fontana, Ca 92336.
