L. Dean Miller was born on June 24, 1944 in Alba, Texas to Jewel Robinson Miller and Lonzo Addie Miller. He passed away peacefully on December 10, 2024, of Mesothelioma Cancer at his home in Washington, Utah with his wife, Linda, by his side.
Dean was preceded in death by three grandbabies, Quinton, Kayleigh and Baby David; his son, Lonnie; his parents, Jewel and Lonzo; and all his siblings including five sisters: Flo, Thelma, Vina, Dorothy and Christine; and two brothers: Leo and Darwin.
Dean retired from Houston, Lighting & Power after 30 years of service. After retirement, Dean started his own part time audio/video business. He excelled in Home Theaters, Sound Systems, etc. Dean was very high tech!! In 2009, Dean and Linda moved from Houston, Texas to Hurricane, Utah.
Dean enjoyed life. He had motorcycles, cars, ATVs, airplanes, land sails, boats, etc. His motto was, 'He who dies with the most toys, wins!' He loved golfing, playing pickleball, flying model airplanes and real planes. He loved listening to music. He could sit and do nothing, but listen to music or watch reruns of Gunsmoke, Wanted: Dead or Alive, Bonanza, or any cowboy shows for hours.
Dean was a devoted husband, father, stepfather, papa and friend.
Dean is survived by his wife of almost 44 years, Linda; son Timothy (Laura); San Juana (DIL), Jennifer (Stepdaughter); Grandchildren: Brittany, Wade, Bradley, Kenneth, Samantha, Larry, Christopher, Corey, Ashton, Benjamin, Jewel, Hunter, and Presley, and numerous great grandchildren and one great, great granddaughter.
No formal services will be held, per Dean's request. A Celebration Life will be held at a later date.

Dean was a real "class act" and always willing to help in anyway he could.
