It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Donna Jackson, a courageous soul who faced cancer with unwavering strength, resilience and grace. Donna passed away peacefully on January 5th surrounded by the ones she loved the most, after a valiant battle that inspired all who knew her. She was a fighter.
Donna was not defined by the illness she fought but by the life she lived. A devoted mother, wife, loving friend, and passionate chef. Donna brought light and joy to those around her. Her laughter, kindness, and determination will forever echo in the hearts she touched. Throughout her journey, Donna was a beacon of hope and inspiration, never losing sight of what truly matters—love, connection and making the people she cared about most happy.
Donna is survived by her husband, Kenny Jackson, sisters Pat and Sandra, son Danny Moore, daughter Michelle Holmes (Justin), grandchildren Hayden and Shelby, and her great-grandchild Allison, who will carry on her legacy of love and strength. Though the pain of her absence is immense, her memory will continue to shine brightly, reminding us to cherish every moment and fight for what truly matters.
