LaDonna G. Ransdell, 70, of Hannibal, MO, passed away at 2:49 AM, Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at Beth Haven Nursing Home in Hannibal, MO.
There will be no services.
Arrangements for cremation are under the direction of James O'Donnell Funeral Home in Hannibal, MO.
LaDonna was born June 29, 1955, in Saint Louis, MO to Johnny Malone and Ruby Evalee Carder Malone.
She was married to John Ransdell in Hannibal, MO. He precedes her in death.
Survivors include her two sisters, Sandy Adams (Fred) of Hannibal, MO, and Carol Martin of Hannibal, MO; one brother, Randy Malone (Amie) of Quincy, IL; two special nephews which she babysat, Christopher Barlett and Michael Bartlett; several other nieces and nephews; and her co-workers at the Crossing Thrift Store.
LaDonna was preceded in death by her parents; twin brother, Donald Malone; brother, Ravid Wallingsford; aunt, Wanda Bilingsley; brother-in-law, Floyd Martin; grandparents, Ora Carder and Ruby Gertrude Carder; and her beloved longtime Buddy Dog, Buffy.
LaDonna worked as a cashier at area thrift stores including The Crossing in Hannibal and Goodwill in Quincy. LaDonna loved working and visiting with her customers.
LaDonna was Christian by faith and was a member of Mt. Zion Christian Church.
Memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Zion Christian Church.
