Lainey Ann Dulak gained her angel wings on September 26, 2025, in the arms of her loving parents at American Family Children’s Hospital in Madison.
Lainey, identical twin to sister Riley, was born on September 15, 2025, at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. A true miracle who blessed the family with so much joy. Although Lainey Bug was with us for only a brief time, she changed the lives of those she touched forever. Her infectious smile, incredible strength, and pterodactyl cry will forever be missed. Her short time with us was full of laughter, excitement, kisses and abundant love.
Lainey is survived by her loving parents Dustin and Stephanie (Augustine) Dulak, proud big brother Stetson and sister Riley, grandparents John & Jennifer Augustine, Deb Kmetz and Tim & Jodi Dulak, aunts Brittany (Cody) McHugh, Jaycie (Josh) Nielsen and uncle Tyler (Henna Sanders) Augustine and a special nephew Mack.
She was proceeded in death by maternal great grandparents Robert & Mary Ann Kmetz and Stanley & Katherine Augustine and paternal great grandmother Joyce Duberstein.
There are no words that can express how grateful and blessed we are for everyone who loved and supported Lainey in her short time with us. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Aspirus Wausau Hospital Health Foundation in memory of Lainey.
A private family celebration of her life will take place on October 3, 2025. Beste Funeral Home, Mosinee, is assisting the family with arrangements. Online condolences can be directed to the family at www.bestefh.com.
