Landen David Jaggie, 19, of Clarksburg, passed away at his home, surrounded by his loving family, on Friday, October 3, 2025, at 9:01 a.m., following a courageous, three-year battle with High- grade metastatic osteosarcoma.

Landen was born in Clarksburg, WV, on September 12, 2006. He is the son of Jason Jaggie and Tamala Este Jaggie, who reside in Clarksburg.

He is also survived by his brother, Jayden Jaggie and his girlfriend Jaelyn Howes; paternal grandmother, Wendy Lindsay of Bridgeport; paternal grandfather, Lionel Jaggie and his wife Shannon of North Carolina; maternal grandmother, Mitzi Este of Stonewood; aunts and uncles, Stephenie Woodall and her husband Mikl, Jessica Jaggie,Nicholas Jaggie, Lisha Walker, Joshua Walker and his wife Susan, and Andy Lake and his wife Holly; and cousins, Kaylee Spinks, Ethan Bennett, and several others.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, David and Linda Este; maternal great-grandparents, Imogene and Ralph Weekley, and paternal great-grandmother, Elaine "Billy" Barnes.

Landen was a student at Robert C. Byrd High School. He adored the outdoors and especially liked to fish, hunt, take trips to Wyoming and ride side-by-sides. He loved anything with a motor that was loud and fast and enjoyed riding motorcycles and riding in jacked-up trucks. He will be remembered for being fearless with a kind soul and a big heart that genuinely cared for others. He will be sadly missed by those who knew and loved him. His legacy will live on inside of his father, mother and brother from this day forward.

The family of Landen would like to extend their sincere gratitude to all who assisted in his care such as his doctors, nurses and caregivers. Also, to all of their family and friends that have supported Landen and the family throughout this difficult journey. As well as to Holy Pursuit Dream Foundation and two special men who changed Landen's life; Tony Dubas and Shiloh Turner. A special thank you to Landen's side-by-side "family", especially Abe Lambert, and to his "second parents", Kevin and Tracie Koontz who are angels.
