Good evening Mrs. Steve Jaggie - How are you doing? I am so sorry to hear of Steve passing. I did not know until I received your Christmas card today of Steve´s passing. I am so sorry and please accept our condolences. As you know Steve and I and your family have known each other in the days of Camp Lejeune and 2nd Tank Battalion and as time went on and our careers ventured into other duty stations and ended in retirement. Steve and I were both together at South West Asia - Desert Storm/Shield. As time went on, you all ended up in Kentucky and we at North Carolina. We never got to see each other but did share and stayed in contact with each other each and every year for over 50 years sending each other Christmas cards and wishing each other a joyous holiday season and good luck for the upcoming new year. Steve and I had many good memories of the Marine Corps, family, children and what the future will bring. I will miss him, a true friend, Great Marine, once a Marine Always a Marine and Always Faithful (SEMPER FI)!! If there is anything I can do for you and your family or if you all need anything please let me know. Our Prayers are with you all, God Bless you and your family!

I am SO very sorry for your loss. Georgiana, I didn't really get to see you guys very often but I will miss seeing you and Steve over at Donny's (Shawn's) house at Christmas. I enjoyed those visits. Hearing of losing Steve hurt my heart. I bought a bottle of Evan Williams Egg Nog and will have a drink on Christmas Eve and Day in his honor. Sending big hugs to all of you.

I worked with Steve in the Press Dept at Metalsa for many years. He was a great guy. I'm sure he will be missed by many!
