Landon Paul Griffith

Landon Paul Griffith, 41, of Plain City passed suddenly in the early morning hours of Wednesday, September 18, 2024, after a brief illness. He was born on March 24, 1983 in Columbus, Ohio to John Gallup and Lana Griffith. Landon attended Jonathan Alder High School and later worked for Griffith Brother's roofing. He also managed the restaurant kitchens for Leon's Garage in Marysville, OH and the Grainery in Plain City, OH. Landon was a fun-loving, good-time guy with a great sense of humor, who fiercely loved his family. He was an avid fan of Ohio State football. He had a lifetime joy of camping with his grandparents and continued that tradition with his wife and children. He spent much of his free time, reading books, listening to music, golfing, and taking weekend road trips. Mostly he enjoyed spending time with his babies and watching them grow.
Landon was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Eddie Lee Griffith; father, John Gallup; paternal grandparents, Mike and Mary Ann Gallup; nephew, Michael Wilcox; and niece Brittany Wilcox.
Landon is survived by his wife Jordan Griffith (Hawk), his children; Ethan, Kayleigh, Oliver, Amelia, Natali, Kate-Lynn, Emily, and Erin; grandmother, Barbara Griffith; mother, Lana Griffith; stepfather, Rick Adkins; stepmother, Pam Gallup; sisters, Jonna Wilcox (Billy), Elizabeth Owen, Jennifer Hammond, Andrea Oliver (Adkins); brothers, John Michael Gallup, and Ryan Adkins; nieces, Briar-Rose and Evangeline Wilcox; nephews, Gavin, Kaden, and Blake Hawkins; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends
The family will have a celebration of life ceremony followed by a meal on Friday, September 27, 2024 at 11 AM at the Cornerstone Church Of Christ In Christian Union located at 8280 Rickard Rd, Plain City, OH 43064.
