Landon Seth Swanson

Landon Seth Swanson, age 21, of Rome, Georgia, passed away on November 21, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family.
Landon was born on September 9, 2004, in Rome, Georgia, and was a blessing to his devoted parents, Logan Swanson and Amanda "Mandy" Swanson.
Landon was a bright light whose presence could fill any room. Outgoing and endlessly friendly, he had a natural way of drawing people in. There was never a trace of shyness in him; he greeted the world with open arms, a huge smile, and a heart that loved freely and fully. He loved everyone, and everyone loved him right back. Music was one of Landon's greatest joys. Whether he was dancing around without a care in the world or tapping along to his favorite songs, he moved through life with a rhythm all his own. He also had a talent for computers, navigating them with the ease and curiosity of someone far beyond his years. Landon was always happy and content, finding joy in the everyday moments that many overlook. He was resilient and full of energy, always busy, always exploring. Playing outside was one of his favorite things, whether he was running, imagining, discovering, or simply soaking in the world around him. He was remarkably smart, with a bright mind that matched the brightness of his spirit. To know Landon was to love him. His laughter, his kindness, his spark, and his pure-hearted joy touched the lives of all who were blessed to be near him. Though his time here was far too short, the impact he made will last forever. His memory will continue to live on in the stories, smiles, and love he inspired.
Those left behind to cherish Landon's memory are his parents, Logan Swanson and Mandy Swanson; his biological mother, April Wright; his siblings, Ciera Taylor, Renea Wright, Annabelle Boyd, and Jolene Boyd; his great-grandparents, Betty "Mer" Thompson and Wendell C. LaFevers; his grandparents, Teritha "Meme" Lewis, Jerry & Kathy Swanson, Sheila Allen, Eric Vance, and Pam Ryalls (Daryl); as well as numerous beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members.
He is preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Arvil Thompson, Clarice Russel, and Wanda J. LaFevers.
A Celebration of Life will be held for Landon at 2pm on Monday, November 24, 2025, in the Chapel at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, North Chapel, with Rev. Joseph Cochran officiating.
