Survivors include his brother, Edward Nelson of Rison; two nieces, Laynie Kate Rogers and Brooke Smith; and nephew, Dusty Williams.
Private services may be held at a later date.
Cremation arrangements were handled by Ralph Robinson and Son Funeral Directors.
