She was born on August 15, 1966 in Seward, NE the daughter of Glenn and Carol (Saager) Lastha.
Laney was a 1984 graduate of Line Mountain High School where she played basketball and was in the band, and after that completed her two-year program in radiology at Geisinger Medical Center. She worked as an X-Ray Technician, at Evangelical Hospital.
Laney was a member of St. Paul's UCC, Urban. She enjoyed modeling and taught modeling for youth. She loved her cat Puffy.
In addition to her parents she is survived by her brother Scott Latsha, an uncle Larry Saager, and a nephew Garrett.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at St. Paul's UCC (Urban) from 10:00 AM-11:00 AM. A funeral service will begin at 11:00 AM with burial to follow at the church cemetery.
The family requests that memorial donations may be made to Mostly Muttz Rescue, 284 Little Mountain Rd, Sunbury, PA 17801 or the church at 1473 Urban Rd, Herndon, PA 17830.

My prayers are with Aunt Carol, Uncle Glenn and everyone that touched Laneys life. She was exquisitely bright in all facets of life and I know she will shine as bright as the Angels.
