Larry Wayne Biggs

Larry Wayne Biggs, 68, of Iuka, Mississippi, passed away on Thursday, December 18, 2025, in his home. Larry was a beacon of strength, resilience, and optimism. Despite the challenges he faced, he always chose to focus on the bright side of life. His unwavering positivity was a source of inspiration for all who had the privilege of knowing him. Larry was an avid sports fan, with a special love for Atlanta Braves Baseball and Mississippi State football. His love for sports was lifelong. During his junior and senior years at Iuka High school, he helped the baseball team win state championships. During school, Larry worked several years at ITT in Corinth, J.P. Coleman State Park, and Reed's Clothing Store. After high school, he attended NEMCC for law enforcement. Larry's faith was a significant part of his life. He loved attending church whenever he could and was most recently a member of Iuka Methodist Church.

Larry is survived by his sisters, Linda Stricklen (Tommy), Catherine Norman (Joe), and Martha Biggs; his brothers, Charles Lee Biggs (Joan) and Gary Biggs; his nieces and nephews, Kimberly Lee (Jeff), Heather Burton (John), Chad Norman (Julia), Jeremy Biggs (Jill), Tyler Biggs, Matthew Biggs, Jennifer Malone, Jordan Biggs, Mary Ashley Biggs, and Charlie Beth Biggs; and several great-nieces and great-nephews; and a host of other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Euna Mae Biggs; his grandparents, Oscar Lee and Mary Ruth Curtis and Charlie and Blanche Biggs.

Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka, MS, is entrusted with the arrangements. Visitation is scheduled from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday in the chapel, officiated by Bro. Dallas Culver. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers include Chad Norman, Jeremy Biggs, Jordan Biggs, Matthew Biggs, John Dennis Daugherty, and Jon Tapp. Honorary pallbearers include the Iuka Fire Department.
