He is preceded in death by his parents, Claud and Frances Bumpas, sister, LaDonna Ugalde.

Larry was just Linda's little brother when we were teenagers back in Rio. He's been my cunhado for nearly 30 years. I have known him best listening and watching the ever fun dialogs between the siblings.
He was a fun loving, caring, generous individual with a Huge Flamengo shaped heart.
God bless and comfort you, Zelia, Linda and each of the kiddos and grandkiddos.

Larry was my older brother´s age but I remember he was always so funny and a bit mischievous (i guess we all were...lol) I was good friends with Allen and enjoyed watching the soccer soccer games at Mission Meeting, with all the fun trash talk! As a younger person, that group was larger than life to me.
Those memories are precious and I send heartfelt condolences to his wife and family.

Larry is alive in our memories as a caring friend, a hilarious "Bramericano', Missionary Kid colleague, who held two countries (and the Flamengo soccer team) in his heart with grace and ease. He was quick to offer help without judgement or expectation, generous, and authentically kind. We will miss his enthusiastic hospitality, caring presence and steady laughter. May God hold Zelia and all the family in a "Grande Abraço" !
