Larry's life was marked by love and commitment when he married his beloved Kay Smith on December 18, 1970. Together, they embraced life's journey, creating countless cherished memories.

A dedicated individual, Larry spent many years of his career as a supervisor at Rudy's Farm, and later as an independent contractor and carpet layer at Wood's Wholesale. His work ethic and commitment to his craft were evident in everything he did.

Outside of work, Larry found joy in many passions. He delighted in fishing, enjoyed a round of golf, and reveled in the excitement of boxing. As a devoted supporter of Alabama Football, he could often be found cheering for his favorite team. Larry treasured his quiet moments with his beloved cat, Bama, who brought warmth and companionship into his life.
