I just saw this today...I am so sorry for your loss Karen. I am so glad that I got to see him again last May at my Mom's funeral. Larry was very special to me. He actually was my inspiration to go to college with the intent of getting my pharmacy degree. He was a very big influence on me. Even though I have told him that, I don't think he believed me. He was a very special man - intelligent, thoughtful, caring, and so humble.

Karen, I'm so sorry I didn't know about Larry's passing prior to the service and don't have your address. Just want to let you know how sorry I was to learn this and to offer my sympathy. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Karen Detmers, our sympathy to you in the loss of someone so special to you. Sorry I did not make it to the services for Larry but wanted you to know that I am remembering you . I will be sending a $30 memorial to the Union Gospel Mission in Larry's memory. I do not know your address to be able to send you a card .
