Larry is survived by his loving wife, Diane Doolittle. He is also survived by his brother, Ron (Karen) Doolittle, his son Bruce (Heide) Doolittle, his daughters Shelly (Dianna Jones) Doolittle, Carrie (Jason) Mergenov, Kim (Tracy) Stephens, and stepdaughter April Opp. Larry will be fondly remembered by his grandchildren Aaron (Katie Mayer) Doolittle, Jared (Dan Koerber) Doolittle, Hannah (Aaron) Edge, and Veronica (Brett) Wolf, as well as his great-grandchildren Autumn Edge and Samuel Wolf. Larry leaves behind his beloved companions, Daddy's Good Girl, Sassy and Grandpa's Good Girl, Athena.
Larry was preceded in death by his first wife, Alice Doolittle, his father, Arthur Doolittle, his mother, Excilda Doolittle, his brothers Donald Gauthier and Raymond Gauthier and his sisters Dolores La Violette and Marlene Madsen.
A celebration of life gathering will be held on Saturday, October 7, 2023 at 2:00 pm at Crossroads Community Church, 4321 Cty Road A. Relatives and friends may greet the family on Saturday, October 7, 2023 at the church from 11:00 am until the time of service at 2:00 pm.
