Larry C. Friday was born September 12, 1945 in Jonesborough, Tennessee. He went to be with the lord on November 1, 2023. A memorial service will be held at a later date at Lake Cypress Springs.
Larry would talk to anyone he met during rides through Walleye Park. He loved everyone and never met a stranger. Larry loved the lord and would speak to people about Jesus and the plan of salvation. He was the preacher for North Hopkins Community Church in Birthright. Larry always said he would meet at the Jordan River where he would be drawing pictures in the sand. He will meet us there when it is our turn to cross over.
Larry is survived by wife Carolyn; brother Denny Friday (Gay); sister Deanna Bagwell (Tom); daughter, Gail Beham; granddaughter, Tasha, Colette and Eddie; three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by son, Larry Friday Jr; daughter, Helen Roanna (Rona) Friday; parents, Helen and Hugh Singletary ;Ralph C Friday; sister, Benda Andrew (Al) and Debbie Singletary; brother, David Friday and several nephews.
