Larry Gene Fulp, 87, of Ridgeland, South Carolina passed away on September 11, 2025.
Larry was born on November 20, 1937, in Statesville, North Carolina to Flora and Roy Fulp. He served in the U.S. Army and moved to the Lowcountry during the development of Interstate 95. Larry was a past member, and Sunday School teacher, of Red Dam Baptist Church in Hardeeville and most currently a member of Pine Level Baptist Church in Early Branch.
Larry is survived by his wife, Catherine Fulp; sons, Larry Wayne Fulp (Mikel), Doug Sikes (Charlotte), John Sikes (Michelle), Reid Fulp, Reis Fulp; daughters, Melissa Salter (Toby) and Linda Nelson Sikes (Bob); sister, Margaret (Alen) Wray and sister in law, Louise Fulp (Harold); grandchildren, Brandon Fulp, Rianne Kelly (Matthew), Edgar Sikes, Jerald Douglas “JD” Sikes, Katy Christian (Reynold), Nick Sikes, Hannah Hubbard, and Alexis Sikes; great grandchildren, Dixie Davis and Sam Sikes; and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his first wife, Dottie Creed; mother, Flora Fulp; father, Roy Fulp; and brothers, Harold and Robert (Joanne) Fulp.
