Larry Lee Godfroy, 89, Peru, Indiana, passed away on Thursday afternoon, October 30, 2025, at his residence.
Born March 16, 1936, in Denver, Indiana, he was the son of Floyd V. and Mable Lucille (Stuber) Godfroy. In August 1972, he was married to Laura Jane Richardson at the Corinth Brethren Church in rural Cass County, Indiana.
Larry was a United States Army veteran and a member of the Miami Tribe of Oklahoma. He worked most of his life for Kokomo Gravel and retired from IMI. He enjoyed being outdoors and spent many days hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his wife Laura Jane Godfroy, Peru; one sister, Beverly Clemons, Denver; and several nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
Visitation will be from 1-3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at McClain Funeral Home, Denver, Indiana. A graveside will follow immediately afterwards at Westlawn Cemetery, Denver.
