Larry Godlewski Obituary
GODLEWSKI, Larry Edward - Age 75, of Byron, passed away October 11, 2023. Services will be held 11AM Saturday, October 21, 2023 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St., Linden. The family will receive friends from 9AM until the time of service. Those desiring may make contributions to American Heart Association. Larry was born December 27, 1947 in Dearborn, the son of Casmir and Bernice (Wielechowski) Godlewski. He married Manon Strzepek on October 10, 1969. Larry was a veteran of the US Army, stationed in Alaska. He enjoyed fishing, golfing, camping and boating. In his later years, he enjoyed visiting casinos. He was an avid collector of Lionel Trains. Larry is survived by his wife of 54 years, Manon; children, Larry (Kimberly) Godlewski, Tony (Christa) Godlewski, Farrah (Steven) Knickerbocker and Matthew (Kimberly) Godlewski; grandchildren, Gavin (Autumn), Taylor, Caleb, Cara, Madasyn, Alysza, Gracie, Mason, Freddie, Connor, Owen, Hannah, Zachary and Annabelle; brother, Thomas Godlewski. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister-in-law, Sue Godlewski. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com
