Larry Henry Gray 84, Denver, Indiana, passed away at 7:29 A.M. Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at Miller’s Merry Manor, Logansport, Indiana.

He was born on August 17, 1941 in Batesville, Arkansas, the son of Otis and Irene (Loy) Gray. After high school, he served with the United States Air Force. On August 21, 1960 at the former Bunker Hill Air Force Base, Bunker Hill, Indiana, he married Becky Cover and she survives.

Larry had been an engineer retiring from Rockwell International, Logansport, Indiana. He was a member of the Denver Baptist Church, Denver Volunteer Fire Department, Denver Town Board and the Peru Masonic Lodge. He enjoyed old cars, was the proud owner of a bright yellow 1967 Dodge Charger and a member of the Light City Mopars. He loved to tinker in his garage and make things out of metal.

Survivors include his wife, Becky Gray, Denver, Indiana, son, Kent Alan (Buffy) Gray, Denver, Colorado, grandchildren, Jay Eakins, Connersville, Indiana, Marissa Poe, Iowa, Rachelle Eakins, Connersville, Indiana, Andrew Gray, France, nine great grandchildren, son-in-law, Dennis Eakins, Connersville, Indiana, brothers-in-laws, Bill Cover, Peru, Indiana, Mike (Marge) Cover, London, Ohio, several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Andrea Lynn Eakins, siblings, Alyene Barrows, Sybil Ambrosine, Darrell Gray, Joe Gray, and sister-in-law, Sherry Cover.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at McClain Funeral Home, Denver, Indiana. Burial will be in Westlawn Cemetery, Denver, Indiana, where military honors will be observed. Friends may visit from 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 6, 2025 at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to The Hope Center, 2004 Indiana Avenue, Connersville, Indiana 47331. Online condolences may be expressed at www.mccalinfh.com
