Larry Dale Hubbard, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully in Springfield, Missouri, on September 22, 2025. Born on October 8, 1948, in Springfield, he dedicated his life to his family and his work, serving as a respected Production Supervisor at Chemetron. Larry's unwavering love for his family, coupled with his passion for the great outdoors, defined him as a cherished figure in the lives of many.

Larry is survived by his devoted wife, Sherry Hubbard. He was a proud father to three sons and their wives: Mark and Tammy Hunter, Darin and Lisa Hubbard, and Shawn and Shannon Hubbard. His legacy continues through his four living siblings; Janice, Wayne, Judy, and Karen; thirteen grandchildren-Corey Hunter, Hayley Gateley, Trey Hunter, Taylor Hubbard, Austin Hubbard, Meagan Newberry, Matthew McInnis, Taylor McInnis, Colby Hubbard, Felicia Moore, Brett Hubbard, Wesley Moore, and Macey Hubbard-as well as 14 great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, and friends who will remember him fondly.

Larry was preceded in death by: a grandson Jesse Hubbard, his mother and father, Gladys and Ival "Bill" Hubbard along with five brothers.

A Funeral service for Larry will be held at Greenlawn Funeral Home North, with visitation on September 29, 2025, starting at 12:00 PM and a funeral service following at 1:00 PM. Friends and family are invited to attend and share their memories.

Larry's love for family was matched only by his enthusiasm for hunting, fishing, and football-activities that brought him joy and allowed him to bond with those he adored. In life, he demonstrated unwavering strength, warmth, and kindness, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of all who knew him.

As we celebrate the life of Larry Dale Hubbard, let us remember the laughter, the stories, and the unforgettable moments shared. His legacy will live on in the love of his family and the cherished memories that will forever be held close.
