Larry Eugene Ingleright of Lake City, Michigan went home to be with the Lord, in the presence of family, on November 11, 2023. He was 78. Larry was born on June 6, 1945 to Paul and Faye (Smith) Ingleright.
Larry is survived by his children; Kelly (Dale) Ingleright-Telgenhoff, Terry (Laura) Ingleright, Douglas (Charity) Ingleright and John (Amanda) Ingleright; grandchildren Gwendolinn (Christopher) Waun, Alexandria Telgenhoff, Samantha and Victoria Ingleright, Carly (Michael) Meeker, Charity (Trevin) Ladd, Cole, Claydon and Camlar Ingleright and Hannah, Adriannah, Ellah and Hallah Ingleright; great-grandchild Roarah Ladd, as well as several nieces and nephews. Larry was pre-deceased in death by his parents; wife Nancy (Kalis) Ingleright; siblings Paul "Tom" Ingleright, Joyce McCool, Geraldine Montgomery, Russell Ingleright and grandchild Isaac Ingleright.
Larry was gifted with animals, grew up on a farm, and his parents had a riding stable when he was in his teens. He played basketball and graduated from Lake City High School. He attended Northwestern Michigan Community College as well as Ferris State College from 1963-1965 and received an Associate Degree in Industrial Management. He worked for A. L. Williams, was co-owner of the Coffee Cup Restaurant, and retired from research and development at World Tech Management. Larry also served as a Lake City Councilman, and in his free time enjoyed the woods, hunting, attending Legacy of Faith Family Church, and visiting with family.
Visitation will be held at the Burkholder Family Funeral Home, 211 N. Pine Street, McBain, Michigan on Friday, November 17th from: 3:00pm to 6:30pm; service to follow at 7:00pm, with Chad Carmichael officiating. Burial will take place in the Lake City Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to Cadillac Area Ministers Association: Chaplain Fund, PO Box 575 Cadillac, Michigan, 49601.
