Larry Lynn Mitchell Sr, 64, of Cleburne, Texas, passed away Tuesday February 11, 2026 at Harris Hospital in Fort Worth.
Larry was born on March 16, 1961 in Cleburne, Texas to James and Cheryl Mitchell. He grew up on the South Side of Fort Worth, Texas. Where he attended Paschal High School. He was an Ordain Minister, and knew Jesus Christ as his Personal Savior. If you knew him, that didn’t always present itself. He was a wild child, he did things his way, and didn’t mind what people thought of him.
He was a Jack of all Trades, could fix just about anything. He was a mechanic by trade, and loved working on cars. The faster the better. He also enjoyed rock music, scary movies, and just hanging out with his family and friends. He is preceded in death by his loving parents, James and Cheryl Mitchell; along with numerous other family members and friends.
Those left to cherish the good times are his son Larry “Tiger” Mitchell Jr. and wife Gayle, Son Jonathan Mark Mitchell and Husband Micheal, Granddaughter Anabelle Mitchell and Fiancé Julian, Brother Brad Mitchell and Wife Margie, Nephew Justin Mitchell and wife Ally, Nephew Jason Mitchell and wife Mae, Great grand Niece Lil Miss Iris Mitchell. Honorable Mentions; the love of his life Molly and her husband Floyd, and his best friend of many years Mark Lewis Sr.
He will be deeply missed by everyone who loved him.
