Larry D. Murphy

Larry D. Murphy, age 57 of North Canton, passed away suddenly on Saturday, October 22, 2022. He was born in Canton on September 2, 1965 to the late Charles and Gloria Murphy. Larry was a graduate of Hoover High School, and received many degrees including an Executive MBA from The Ohio State University in 2012. Larry is survived by his wife of 34 years, and high school sweetheart, Natalie Murphy; children Daniel Murphy (fiancée Jacquelyn McGee), Nathan Murphy, and Johnathan Murphy; and brothers Michael (Sally) Murphy, Richard (Abby) Murphy, David (Ramona) Murphy, and Robert (Lori) Murphy. He was also loved by many other extended family members. Larry became a friend to everyone he met with his contagious laughter. Larry lived his life full of grand adventures with his family. He loved the great outdoors, motorcycles, hockey, jeeps and a good joke. Larry was a respected hockey player, manager, and coach for several years. Larry's favorite pastime was spending time with his family. Family and friends will be received at the Rossi Family Funeral Home on Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Paul Catholic Church in North Canton on Saturday at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
