It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Larry D. Prentice, a beloved Husband, Father, Son, Brother, and Grandfather, who left us on December 27th, 2024, at the age of 54. Larry was a man of joy, laughter, and boundless love. He cherished his family above all else, always prioritizing time spent with his wife (Nancy Waters) children, Cortney & Brandon Waters, and 10 grandchildren Emily, Brandon, Carl, Mathias, Dexter, Jasmine,Noah, Zackary, Shane and Ava. His infectious sense of humor and warm, caring nature made him a pillar of strength and comfort to those who knew him. A true enthusiast of life, Larry had many passions that he pursued with fervor. He was an avid WWE fan, never missing a match or an opportunity to talk about his favorite wrestlers. He had a deep love for dancing, and his moves would light up any room, much to the delight of those around him. A car enthusiast through and through, Larry could often be found admiring or tinkering with his latest project, always eager to share his passion for all things automotive. Larry was also a lover of the spooky and the fantastical, finding joy in horror movies and the thrills they provided. Above all, he had a special place in his heart for Disneyland, where he and his family would often visit to create lasting memories in the most magical of places. Larry's legacy will live on in the hearts of his wife, Nancy Waters, his children, his grandchildren, and his extended family and friends. He was a man who gave selflessly, loved unconditionally, and made life just a little bit brighter for everyone fortunate enough to know him. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, January 12th, at 11 am. 10410 N 38th drive phoenix az 85051 (Potluck)
