He always had a smile on his face. Whenever he would visit, he would make noises with his dentures. When we went over to his house, he would have a huge pile of comics that came on Sunday. Every holiday party, he would come over with cranberry sauce and a large smile on his face. He always had a joke to tell and a story to share. He was always supportive, even when times got tough. I loved him so much. I hope he rests in piece.

I can't tell you how many good memories I have of him because it's too many to count and too many to choose from to share. He is an amazing grandfather. I am going to miss you, grandpa. I love you so much.

He once asked me why I only called him Papa. I said "What do you want me to call you? Larry?" Dragging his name out dramatically. He said nevermind Papa works and went back to watching TV.

The Best friend you could ever want. The Best Papa anyone could ever ask for. That's Larry Rose. There will never be a day that we don't think of you and miss you. We know you will greet us when we enter heaven. You were so very loved like no other. See you soon Rosey.
