Larry C. Starner, age 81 of Gallaway, OH, passed away on July 14, 2024. He was born on July 3, 1943 to the late Albert and Gladys (Blagg) Starner in Columbus, OH. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings Tom, Bob and Al Starner, Norma Neeland and Shirley Swartzlander. Larry is survived by his loving wife of 56 years Sharlene S. (Rutan) Starner, children Jeffrey (Tina) Starner and Cletus Starner, grandchildren Nicholas and Courtney Starner, Brittany Starner, Joshua Starner, Paige M. Starner and Brayden Starner, great grandchildren Lane, Noah, Levi, Bennett, Callie, Kamden Starner and brothers Ronald and Donald Starner, numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
