Larry Wyrick

Larry O'Neal Wyrick was born in Eldon, Missouri on April 22, 1946. He departed this life on December 14, 2024 in Tucson, Arizona. As a young man he served his country in the U. S. Navy for 4 years until he was honorably discharged. He served 3 tours in the Vietnam War and was awarded 3 medals. During his adult life he had many careers including being a police officer, firefighter, electrician and truck driver to name a few. All those that have known Larry have been struck by his quick wit and easy smile. Larry loved his family with all his heart. He is survived by his loving wife, Celia Wyrick, of 32 years, his brother Clyde Wyrick, and his children Denise, Willie, Erica, Jamie, Geno and their spouses. His family blossomed and he was blessed with 19 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. He was preceded in his departure from this earth by his two children Frank L. Gomez Jr. and Eddie Gomez. Larry loved all things nature and traveling. He especially loved his career as a truck driver because he loved to explore the outdoors and had a heart to travel after his retirement.
