Mark Lewis Fishbein of Tucson, Arizona, passed away on January 28, 2026.

Born and raised in New York and the New Jersey area, Mark carried the energy and resilience of the city with him throughout his life. A proud graduate of Washington University in St. Louis and Syracuse University College of Law, he practiced law for nearly forty years, specializing in estate planning, business, corporate planning, and asset protection. As the founder of ALTA Estate Services, LLC, Mark dedicated his career to helping families achieve "peace of mind" through thoughtful planning and compassionate guidance. His professional philosophy was shaped by his own experience navigating his father's estate - a pivotal moment that defined his commitment to serving others during life's most difficult transitions.

Mark earned the trust of clients and colleagues across Arizona through his expertise, professionalism, and steady presence. He was deeply involved in the Southern Arizona community, serving in leadership roles and professional associations, and he valued the relationships he built throughout his career. To many, he was not only a trusted advisor, but a mentor and friend.

Mark was known for his determination and resilience. Following a severe heart attack in 2002 and quadruple bypass surgery, he made a powerful commitment to reclaim his health, embracing fitness with intensity and purpose. He went on to coach youth sports, including football and basketball, and remained active throughout his life - from heli-skiing in his younger years to completing the New York Marathon multiple times in the 1980s.

Above all, Mark was a proud father. He is survived by his three children: Melissa (33), Marc (30), and Seth (20). He was married for 20 years to Alyssa Marino, who loved him deeply. Mark spoke often and enthusiastically about his children's accomplishments, sharing their milestones with clients, colleagues, and friends. Nothing brought him greater pride than watching his children grow into their own paths, and he carried that pride openly and unapologetically.

He cherished live music - always preferring the live version - had a love for watches and cars, and brought intensity, humor, and a full-hearted laugh to everything he did.

Mark's life was marked by perseverance, growth, and an unwavering will to keep moving forward. He will be remembered for his resilience, his loyalty, his laughter, and the pride he held for his family.

A service will be held on February 21, 2026, in Tucson, Arizona at Vistoso Funeral Home.
