Mrs. Laura Cauley, 65, entered into rest on Saturday October 13, 2024.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 4 years, Carl Cauley; parents, Alva and Ina Mae Powell; brother, Jimmy Powell; and sister, Patti Powell.
She is survived by her daughter, Melissa (Michael) Smith; brothers, David Powell, Leonard Powell; grandchildren, Brandon (Kayla) Wyatt, Samantha Myers; nephew who was more like a son, Brent Powell; nieces, Dana Dickey, Donna Huffman; and many great nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Cauley retired as a painter after over 30 years. She enjoyed gardening, doing puzzles with her daughter, spending time with her family, and cooking, she made the best red velvet cakes. She will be remembered for being loving mother, wife, grandmother, aunt, and friend.
The family will receive friends from 2 P.M. to 3 P.M. at Napier Funeral Home & Crematory on Friday October 18, 2024. A Graveside service will be held at The Historic Graniteville Cemetery at 3 P.M. the same day.
Pallbearers will be Brandon Wyatt, Brent Powell, Landen Johnson, Jarrett Johnson, Brad Dickey, and Scotty Stevens.
