Laura Sarah Marie Graham was born on September 24, 1968, in Indianapolis, IN.
Laura passed peacefully at her home on Wednesday morning, July 17, 2024. Her son Bryant Patrick Graham and her mother Linda Graham were at her side.
Laura was pure light. As a devoted mother, aunt, sister, daughter, and friend, she radiated love & warmth to all who knew her. She reveled in celebrating holidays and creating memories with loved ones. She laughed more than she talked. She danced more than she sang. She cooked more than she ate. Laura lived for the comfort & joy of those around her.
Laura’s impeccable sense of fashion extended to her collection of earrings, jewelry & shoes. She enjoyed keeping meticulously manicured nails and pedicured feet. Lounging at the lake was her sanctuary. It is a place where she found solace on the water in the warmth of the sun and where her red curly hair and crystal blue eyes will forever shine.
Laura dedicated her professional life to the care of others. She began caring for the elderly throughout the 1990’s and continued her work as a Certified Nursing Assistant at St. Vincent Hospital & Riley Children’s Hospital in the 2000’s. Laura spent the last twelve years of her career caring for patients as a Rehabilitation Technician at Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana.
Laura is greeted in heaven by her grandparents, Gene & Opal Hynes; her lifelong friend, Terry Wilson; her Uncle Steve Hynes; her dog, Prince; and the many relatives, friends, and patients that passed before her.
Laura’s legacy lives on in the hearts of her son, Bryant Graham; her mother, Linda Graham; her nieces, Ella Ruble & Quinn Graham; and her brother & sister, Patrick & Carrie Graham. She is forever dancing to the melody of their lives.
