Surviving are her loving mother, Jeanette Hudson, step-father, Ronald Hudson, brother Greg McGaugh, sister-in-law Linda McGaugh, sister Michelle Haidaczuk, brother-in-law Robert Haidaczuk, nephew Tyler Haidaczuk, and niece Avery Haidaczuk. Each of them carries cherished memories of Laura's kind, generous spirit and infectious sense of humor.
A faithful attendee of Faith Bible Church in The Woodlands, TX, Laura passionately dedicated her time to her favorite activities, such as praising Jesus, crafting, and playing cards with friends. An avid lover of the arts, she had a special fondness for poetry & crafting, often using the medium to express her deep love for Christ and for those around her.
Laura's favorite colors were pink and purple, reflecting her vibrant personality and cheerful disposition. Her favorite vacation spot was the beach, where she found peace and rejuvenation beneath the vast skies and ocean waves. Laura's most profound lesson to all who knew her was to love others with all your heart. She embodied this principle in her daily life, touching countless hearts with her kindness and generosity.
A celebration of Laura's life will be held on August 23, 2025, at 9:00AM (meet and greet followed by service at 10:00AM) at Faith Bible Church, 5505 Research Forest Dr, The Woodlands, TX 77381. The service & following light lunch will honor her unwavering faith, her abundant love for others, and her deep-seated passion for life. As we remember Laura, we also celebrate the impactful legacy she leaves behind - a legacy of love, faith, and dedication to Christ.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to honor Laura's memory may contribute to Faith Bible Church in The Woodlands and Hope Lodge in Houston, TX, which mirrored her own beliefs and passions, prioritizing the teachings of Jesus.
