Lauren Nicole Dominguez Keen, 31 years of age, of Tazewell, VA, passed away on Tuesday, July 8, 2025. Born April 11, 1994, in Abingdon, VA, she was the daughter of Marcial Carrillo Dominguez and Anna Dailynn Widener.

Lauren was an employee of Clinch Valley Medical Center and Fast Mart, Claypool Hill. She enjoyed drawing, loved her animals, and most importantly she loved her children more than anything in the world. She was a loving daughter, mother, and sister.

In addition to her parents Marcial Dominguez of Abingdon, VA and Anna Widener of Oakwood, VA, she is survived by her daughter Karleigh Marcella Grace Keen of Oakwood, VA; sons Buddy Lee Keen, Jr. of Oakwood, VA, Zavior Cole Dominguez-Boothe of Richlands, VA; sisters Maria Elizabeth Dominguez and husband Christopher Luis Sanabria, Sr., Azaleah Suriee Conaway-Dominguez, Dehliah Shiann Conaway, Marcial True Conaway-Dominguez; brothers Alex Widener and Marcial True Conaway-Dominguez.

She is also survived by nephews Christopher Luis Sanabria, Jr., Alexander Miguel Sanabria, and Ayden Cruz Sanabria.

Funeral services for Lauren Nicole Keen will be held at Shortridge-Ramey Funeral Home, Keen Mountain, VA, on Friday, July 11, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. with Minister Mike Rife officiating. Burial will follow at Keen Family Cemetery, Rt. 618, Raven, VA.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.

The family will receive friends on Friday at 12:00 noon until the funeral hour.
