Laurie Bennett Obituary
Laurie graduated from Bowling Green High School and went on to earn her LPN from the Bowling Green Practical School of Nursing, later completing her RN in Ocala, Florida. She worked in emergency care in Ocala and also spent time as a traveling nurse at a children's hospital in Louisiana. Laurie later transitioned into research and ultimately found her calling in palliative care, where she cared deeply for the well-being of every patient she served.
Laurie loved reading and had a special place in her heart for animals-especially her beloved cat, Misha.
She leaves behind her brothers, Matt (Jennifer) Bennett and David Bennett, along with cousins, nephews and a great-niece who will miss her dearly.
A celebration of Laurie's life will be announced at a later date.

I didn't know Laurie for very long, but she was one of my favorite people. Either she was making me laugh or I was making her laugh. She'll be missed a lot. She was one of the people I looked forward to seeing when I came to work!!! RIP dear lady...
