Laurie Ann Clark, born on September 23, 1960, in Nashville, Tennessee, departed this life peacefully on November 14, 2025, in Hendersonville, Tennessee. She was surrounded by her loving family at the time of her passing. A dedicated and loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, Laurie touched the lives of many through her kindness, faith, and passion for music.
Laurie was a longtime member of First Baptist Church Hendersonville, where she found great joy singing in the choir and sharing her love for music with her community. Her devotion to her church and its members was evident in her everyday life, as she lived out her faith with grace and compassion.
Laurie is survived by her husband of 42 years, Kirk Clark, who cherished her deeply. Together, they raised two daughters, Rachel Hendley and Katie Patterson (Tommy), who were an endless source of pride and joy for Laurie. Her legacy continues through her cherished grandchildren: Ashton Williams, Sydney Williams, Jackson Williams, Dax Hendley, Allison Patterson, Autumn Patterson, and Ava Patterson; her sister, Lisa Walker (Joe); and several nieces and nephews. Laurie's love for her family was immeasurable, and she played an integral role in their lives, leaving behind fond memories filled with laughter and unconditional love.
Laurie was preceded in death by her parents, Eddie and Peggy Greer.
A visitation to celebrate Laurie's life will take place on November 20, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the Chapel at First Baptist Church Hendersonville.
