Laurie L. Snow, 67
Laurie L. Snow died November 9, 2025. She was born on February 5, 1958 in Elmira, New York to Carlton and Patricia Comfort. She enjoyed going to Disney, baking, watching cooking shows and taking care of her grandbabies. Most of all she took great pride in being a teacher and caring for children for over 24 years.
Ms. Snow was preceded in death by parents, Carlton and Patricia Comfort and daughter, Dawn Fertitta Snow.
She is survived by her daughters, Wendi Snow and Patty Entry (J.R.); grandbabies, Rumor Juarez, Rudy Juarez (Mia), Jagger Gaucin (Priscila), Dominic Gaucin, Brandon Entry, Kyle Entry (Kimmie), Dakota (Cheyenne), Patricia Entry, Makayla Snow (Devon); nine bonus grandbabies; six great grandchildren; brothers, Donny (Alisha) and Larry Comfort (Jeanette); sister, Wendy Palmer (Tim); and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and extend family.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at Buxton Okeechobee Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made directly to the funeral home to assist the family expenses. Donations may be made by clicking the Services tab at the top of the page, select Payment Center, then select A Loved One's Account, and then search for Laurie L. Snow's name.
